ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFORMATION:
DEPOSITS: You may be asked by us to pay a small deposit upon booking certain treatments(i.e Bridal/Prom Make-Up), please note that all deposits, once placed, are non-refundable. This is because they are there to secure the date and time of your booking. Deposit prices are always part of the overall total price of treatment. For example, if you pay a deposit of £10 to book a £60 Bridal Make-Up, you will only have to pay the remaining £50 on the day.
CANCELATION: If you should unfortunately need to cancel an appointment with us, we ask out of courtesy that you contact us within at least 24 hours of your due appointment.
FREELANCE: With certain treatments, such as Bridal/Prom make-up, we are happy to come to your location at the extra small expense of fuel costs if need be. Please fully negotiate details with us beforehand if this is the case.
IN-STUDIO PAYMENTS: We currently only take cash payments in-studio, and in special circumstances we will accept cheques. Please bare this in mind when paying for your treatments in-studio.
